Philippine Foremost Milling Corp. Empowers Dinagat Island with Skills-Building Baking Seminar

Philippine Foremost Milling Corporation (PFMC) recently brought together local bakers, bakery owners, and aspiring entrepreneurs in Dinagat Islands, Surigao City, at a Baking Seminar and Livelihood Program entitled, “ Bake with Love, Share with Joy”. The event, headed by Chef Arvin Cariaga, Technical Product Manager, highlighted how attendees can further utilize readily available products such as coconut on their bread products.

Attendees had new learnings, improved their skills, and explored better opportunities for growing their bakery businesses. They had live demonstrations featuring customer-favorites such as loaf bread, cheesy pull-apart bread, pork floss, buko roll, pan de coco, banana loaf, and macapuno ube cake, made using PFMC flour products.

Participants enjoyed interactive discussions, practical techniques, and valuable business insights shared throughout the seminar.
