More than 35 Years of Flour Milling Excellence

Established in 1989 as the flour milling arm of the La Filipina Uy Gongco Group, Philippine Foremost Milling Corporation (PFMC) began producing high-quality flour through its first mill in Iloilo, later expanding to Manila in 2000 to strengthen its reach in Luzon. In 2012, PFMC became the first flour mill in the Philippines to achieve FSSC ISO 22000 certification, underscoring its commitment to world-class quality, safety, and integrity. Continued growth led to the opening of a second Luzon mill in Bataan in 2015, boosting production and nationwide distribution.

At the Heart of the Philippine Baking and Food Industry

Now a key pillar of La Filipina’s Food, Flour & Feeds Division, PFMC supports an integrated agri-food ecosystem that empowers farmers, bakers, food businesses, and Filipino households. Celebrating 35 years of excellence in 2024, PFMC remains one of the country’s most trusted flour milling companies—nourishing communities and upholding La Filipina values of loyalty, integrity, fortitude, and excellence in every product it delivers.
